What we collect, why we collect it, who it reaches and how you delete it. Written to be read, not to be skipped.

1. Who is responsible for your data

CoHorizon PartnersThe controller of data collected through this site is , represented by Guilherme Reginato. Any request about your data — access, correction, deletion — goes directly to guilherme@cohorizonpartners.com or WhatsApp +55 54 98139-1788. The person who answers is the same person who serves our clients. There is no outsourced support layer.

CoHorizon Partners is operated from Brazil and serves Brazilian-owned companies in the United States. That means your data may be processed in both countries — section 5 explains exactly how.

2. What we collect

There are only three ways your data reaches us through this site.

2.1 What you type into the form

When you request a diagnosis, we send our CRM exactly the fields on the form:

  • Name and WhatsApp number (with country code) — required, because without them we cannot reply;
  • Company, monthly revenue range and main challenge — optional, used to prepare the conversation;
  • source and page the form was sent from — so we know which content brought you here.

Revenue is a range, never an exact figure. We never ask for financials, tax IDs, bank details or payment information through a form. If a page claiming to be ours asks for that, it is not ours.

2.2 What your browser reports

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people arrive, through which channel and which pages they read. That involves IP address (truncated by Google itself), device type, browser, language, referral source and pages visited. It is aggregate measurement: it tells us where to invest, not who you are.

Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, which makes your browser contact Google servers and therefore reveals your IP to them. We state it here because it is a real disclosure, technical as it may be.

2.3 What you write on WhatsApp

If you tap any WhatsApp button, the conversation happens on WhatsApp, operated by Meta, under Meta’s own privacy policy. We keep that conversation the way we would keep a client email — and nothing you send there is used for advertising.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer you and prepare a proposal. You asked for a diagnosis; using your data to deliver it is the point.
  • To measure the site. Aggregate traffic data only, so we know which content earns its place.
  • To follow up or send relevant content. You can stop this at any time by saying so. A request to stop is honored immediately, with no negotiation and no retention offer.

What we do not do: we do not sell your information, we do not trade contacts with partners, we do not use your data to train any model, and we make no automated decisions about you.

4. Who we share it with

We sell nothing. A few technology vendors process data on our behalf, each limited to its function:

  • n8n — receives the form submission and passes it to our CRM;
  • Supabase — the database where our CRM stores the record;
  • Google (Analytics and Fonts) — measurement and typefaces;
  • Meta (WhatsApp) — the conversation, if you choose that channel;
  • site hosting — page delivery and technical access logs.

We also disclose data when the law or a court order requires it — and in that case we tell you, unless the order itself forbids it.

5. Where your data is processed

We operate from Brazil, so data submitted through this site is processed in Brazil and in the United States, depending on the vendor. Brazilian data protection law (LGPD) applies to our handling of it, and we extend the same rights described in section 7 to every visitor regardless of where you live.

If you are a California resident: we do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms, and we do not offer financial incentives in exchange for data. Your requests to know, delete or correct go to the same address as everyone else’s.

6. How long we keep it

  • Contacts that did not become clients: up to 24 months, so we do not pitch you the same thing twice. Then deleted.
  • Clients: for the term of the engagement plus the tax and legal retention periods that follow, which can reach 5 years.
  • Site analytics: 14 months, the Google Analytics default.

Ask for deletion sooner and we delete sooner — except for records the law requires us to keep, and in that case we tell you exactly what stayed and why.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to confirm whether we hold data about you, show you that data, correct it, delete it, port it elsewhere, or stop contacting you. You can also ask who we shared it with.

Write to guilherme@cohorizonpartners.com. We commit to answering within 15 days. No special form, no fee, no explanation required — asking is enough.

8. Cookies, and how to turn measurement off

This site has no cookie banner because it sets no advertising cookies. What exists are Google Analytics cookies for measurement. Nothing else is written to your browser by us.

To block measurement, any of these works: the official Google Analytics opt-out add-on, private browsing, or a tracker blocker. The site behaves identically with measurement blocked — no feature depends on it.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions travel over an encrypted channel, and the token that authorizes writing to our CRM lives on the server, never in the code running in your browser — meaning no one can read our site and learn how to write to our database. CRM access is restricted and named.

No system is unbreakable. If an incident occurs that could put you at meaningful risk, we will tell you and notify the proper authority.

10. Minors

This site addresses business owners and managers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If it happens by accident, tell us and we delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If something material changes, the date at the top changes, and when the change affects people already in our records we tell them through the channel they used to reach us. We do not amend this policy retroactively to permit a use you never agreed to.

12. Terms of use

The short version: this site is service material, not a contract.

12.1 Nothing here is a proposal or professional advice

Timelines, formats and outcomes described on this site are how we work, not a contractual guarantee. Marketing results depend on budget, market, product, price and the client’s own operation — no page here promises a number to anyone. Commitments exist only in a signed proposal with defined scope and price.

12.2 Credentials and brands mentioned

Brands named on this site identify companies Guilherme Reginato has worked with, directly or through an agency he was part of, across more than eight years. Each brand belongs to its respective owner; naming them describes professional history and implies no sponsorship, current partnership or endorsement by them.

12.3 Ownership

The text, visual identity, diagrams and code on this site are ours. Read it, quote it with credit, share the link freely. Copying the structure and copy to sell a similar service, no.

12.4 What the client keeps

As stated on the service pages and binding on us: ad accounts in the client’s name, and systems with code, database and hosting in the client’s name. If the relationship ends, the client takes everything. We do not hold access hostage as leverage.

12.5 Outbound links

When we point to a third-party site, its content is their responsibility.

12.6 Governing law

These terms and this policy follow Brazilian law, with venue in Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.

Any question about your data? Ask directly — the answer comes from the person who runs the system, not from outsourced counsel.
